Update:

To our customers,

Please be advised that the 48 hour boil order for customers on

Myrtle Avenue from Seventh Street to the Fairgrounds has been

Lifted as of Thursday, October 8th, 2020 at 8:00am.

The water service had to be shut off to repair a valve on Tuesday, October 6th, 2020.

For our customer’s protection, a 48 hour boil order was put in place following the restoration of water service until sample results are received from the lab in Wheeling. This guarantees that our customers are receiving the safest and best quality of water available.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this had caused our customers!

Sincerely,

The Moundsville Water Board
