Superintendent Terry Roberts has been a dedicated and hardworking member of the Moundsville Water Board for 12 years.

Superintendent Roberts began working for the Moundsville Water Board on November 6, 2007, just three days after the new water treatment plant began operation.

Mr. Roberts started his career as a Laborer for the Maintenance/Distribution Crew. Because of the dedication and arduous work ethic he exhibited, Mr. Roberts very quickly was assigned the Foreman position for the Distribution Crew.

Mr. Roberts was approached in 2015 asking him to accept the Assistance Superintendent position. He gladly accepted and has been a vital element of the system’s operation.

Through the years, Superintendent Roberts has worked to get his Water Distribution License, his Class I and Class II Water Plant Operator licenses, along with a Backflow Prevention Certification. He currently is Superintendent, and Chief Plant Operator for the Moundsville Water Treatment Facility.
