The City of Moundsville will follow the most recent Executive Order issued by Governor Justice pertaining to mandatory face coverings, and the following policy is in effect Monday, July 6, 2020 at midnight, and will continue until further notice.

Masks or face coverings are now mandatory at all confined indoor places, including all City of Moundsville facilities, providing social distancing cannot be maintained.  This will apply to employees and visitors.  In any office where the staff can social distance, masks may be removed while working.  Masks shall be worn in all common areas (lunchrooms, coffee areas, etc.), unless social distancing is maintained.  ALL visitors entering a City of Moundsville building will be required to wear a face covering.  Face coverings will be mandatory for all Council, and Boards and Commission meetings.
