The City of Moundsville is sponsoring a Christmas Holiday House Decorating Contest. Residents must contact the City Clerk’s Office at (304) 845-3394 to register. Your residence must be registered by December 11th to participate. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The prizes will be $150.00, $100.00 and $75.00. House judging will take place on December 12th starting at 6:00 PM. If you are registered, please make sure your lights are turned on.
