Jose Castro Recognized For His Heroic Efforts

On August 4, 2020 Moundsville City Manager and City Council recognized Mr. Jose Castro for his heroic efforts and saving the life of a young Moundsville resident as she was attacked by two dogs. Mr. Castro was presented a Certificate of Recognition for his rapid response.
